We want you to be as excited about our beautiful products as we are! We select all our products with great care and ensure we use only high quality photographs and descriptions- so there won't be any surprises (except happy ones of course!)

Changed Your Mind?

We are very passionate about customer satisfaction, so in the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied, we'll be happy for you to return the item to us for either a replacement item or a store credit. All we ask is that you contact us first via email and the item be returned within 14 days of you receiving it, and in its original perfect condition with tags attached and/or inside original packaging! Please note that gift wrapping, cards, gift boxes and postage costs are not refundable. Please choose carefully as all sale items are not refundable or able to be exchanged.

If returning an item, please ensure that the item is packed carefully so the product is not damaged in transit back to us otherwise a return may be refused. We suggest that you return the product by receipted or express post as we cannot be held responsible for any product that may be lost or damaged in transit. Please note that the cost of returning an item/product is your responsibility.

Faulty Item?

We take the utmost of pride and care in ensuring all items we pack, wrap and send are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event a faulty product slips through our strict quality control system, please contact us immediately or within 7 days of you receiving it to arrange a return and exchange.

Following our communications with you, and return of the item ( you will not be charged for return postage to us in this instance) we will resend the item at no charge. If the item is no longer available we will be happy to exchange for another equally beautiful similar item of equal value.

 Items Out Of Stock/ Unavailable

As we are a physical "Storefront" we do get busy at times. We always do our best to ensure that our Website stock numbers are correct and up to date. However, in the rare event you may purchase an item that is out of stock, we will advise you immediately and offer you the opportunity to do one of the following-

  • cancel your order with a full refund
  • offer you an equally gorgeous product/s
  • place your item on back order if still available

Gift Vouchers

We do not offer a refund on gift vouchers once they are issued, or if they have expired. If you are unable to find any products in our store that take your fancy, or perhaps the products are out of stock, please contact us as we may just be able to work some magic and source something perfectly unique just for you!
